Setting inquiry for the wardens

Hi all..no biggie here...and Im sure there may be a reason or decision not to
allow such, ...but if not..I for one would enjoy seeing standard feature of turning on
or allowing "animated" .gif pics within a post/thread etc. There is "no" increase per
file size/storage nor server tasking...etc...as a viewers "browser" handles that aspect..same as when opening or accessing any file..etc..

Anyway...just in case was sumthin not looked at on inception, maybe we can check on it now...

And , as said...if there is aspect of a reason for this...fine....thats ok per me. as
well......

let my vast complilations of humorus and interesting animations, remain...as
is "any" assumed expectations of reasonable intelligence and wit..from me..


hidden from the masses....

as example....this "Spooky"... .gif ...should be showing live fire from the left side...
etc... a "smiley" type..per html handling settings and its own configuratin...is
somewhat seen as normal..
